I'll create a fully personalized weekly training plan build around you - your lifestyle, your schedule, and your current level. Everything is delivered through TrainingPeaks, along with race-day strategy to help you feel prepared every step of the way. We'll also catch up with a monthly call if and when you need it, to review progress and adjust things as we go.
You'll also have access to Total Tri Training partner discounts along the way.
Performance
You've got big racing ambitions, but a busy career or family life means your time is limited. That's why the focus here is on a smart, efficient training - making sure every session has a clear purpose and delivers real progress.
This is a premium coaching experience build around you, with a highly personalized plan that adapts as your schedule and training needs change. You'll get a daily feedback through TrainingPeaks, full access via email, WhatsApp, and the platform, plus tailored advice on nutrition, race strategy, and equipment.
For those who want deeper insight, lab or INSCYD testing can be added. You'll also benefit from regular catch-ups as needed, training camp discounts, and access to the Total Tri Training community and partner discounts.
Elite
You're an experienced athlete who's seen success, but lately things have stalled - or even gone backwards. You know there's more there, you just need the right approach to unlock it. That's where we dig deeper, using data-driven insights to identify what's holding you back and create a clear path forward. We use tools like INSCYD and Best Bike Split to fine-tune your training and race strategy, making every session as effective as possible.
Your plan is constantly evolving, with a daily feedback, regular adjustments, and full access to me via phone, email, WhatsApp or TrainingPeaks. Alongside this, you'll get tailored advice on nutrition, race day strategy and execution, and a structured strength and conditioning plan to support long-term performance.

Side-by-Side Cycling
A personalized, on-road coaching service designed for beginner cyclists who want to build confidence, skills, and enjoyment on the bike. Instead of learning in a classroom or watching videos, you'll ride side-by-side with me, and I'll be guiding you the whole time, helping you improve your technique, road awareness, gear use, positioning, and overall control.
Each session is tailored to your pace, your goals, and your comfort level, making it the safest and most effective way to start your cycling journey.
Essential Bike Skills Workshop
Learn the essential skills every ciclist should know with the hands-on bike maintenance workshop.
